crickx Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between crickx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the crickx platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you consent to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the crickx platform and close your account.

crickx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of the crickx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the User's account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. crickx strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by crickx or by any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of crickx, or an immediate family member of any such person.

crickx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. During any age verification review, your account may be restricted to prevent deposits, withdrawals, or wagering activity until verification is complete.

To use the full range of crickx services, you must register a personal account. The following terms apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your crickx account:

• One account per user: Each individual may hold only one active crickx account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. crickx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): crickx is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by crickx for KYC purposes within the timeframes specified. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account updates: You must promptly notify crickx of any changes to the personal information held on your account by contacting the support team.

crickx reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the crickx platform:

• Accepted payment methods: crickx accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are transacting via USDT TRC20.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay are processed within 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one blockchain confirmation.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. crickx reserves the right to request documentary evidence before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your crickx account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. crickx cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any suspected financial crime.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. crickx will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and may return such deposits to their source.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the crickx platform. Product-specific rules (including cricket betting rules, casino game rules, and instant game rules) are published separately within each product section and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by crickx. crickx reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or where the odds were published incorrectly.
• Insufficient funds: Bets will only be accepted where sufficient cleared funds are available in your account at the time of placement. crickx does not offer credit facilities.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), crickx reserves the right to void such bets regardless of the outcome of the event. Palpable errors include odds that are materially inconsistent with market prices available at the time the bet was placed.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable product-specific rules. In most cases, stakes on cancelled events are returned to the player's account.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, crickx reserves the right to void affected bets or rounds. crickx shall not be liable for any loss resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Result finality: Once a bet or game round has been settled and the outcome displayed in your account transaction history, the result is final. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the settlement date.

crickx offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits and free bet awards are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per user: Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or where wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Wagering contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Cricket betting and slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: crickx reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotion. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion with other users.
• Promotional changes: crickx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickx platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to crickx or any third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously;
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, data-scraping tools, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or to gain an advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over a sporting event;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy that exploits pricing errors across betting markets;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to conduct or facilitate any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the crickx support team or any other user.

crickx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Users may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be configured to remind users of the time elapsed and the net result of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Users may elect to take a break from gaming for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits, wagers, or game play will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel they need a more extended break may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be applied for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the specified end date will not be granted.

All content on the crickx platform, including but not limited to the crickx name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software, databases, game assets, graphical interfaces, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of crickx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No User is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any crickx intellectual property without the prior written consent of crickx. Unauthorised use of any crickx intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

Game content accessible through the crickx platform that is provided by third-party game suppliers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City) remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier and is subject to that supplier's licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickx's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

crickx shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss, even if crickx has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from events outside crickx's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude crickx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

crickx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where crickx determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match manipulation, or any other prohibited conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Failure to comply with a KYC or age verification request within the specified timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, crickx reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is at the User's request or due to inactivity, any remaining balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the User's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the crickx support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

crickx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, crickx will endeavour to provide registered users with reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. The current version of the Terms and Conditions, as published on the crickx platform, supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting the support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crickx holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the crickx platform, you are encouraged to contact the crickx support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by crickx's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation route are available from the crickx support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent crickx from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
